What the heck, got the shock of my life when I tried to log in and I couldn't.

IF YOU GUYS CHANGE THE PASSWORD I'LL CASTRATE YOU.

By now you guys would've been able to guess who I am.

How's everything? Hope all you noobs are coping well with studies and everything. I have tonnes to say to you guys but it'll have to wait till Prelims are over. And hopefully, the rest of the committee will be cooperative enough to come down as well; might have to drag Evangeline's body down though, Rie and Holly might be nicer.

Meanwhile, don't kill yourselves.

Sec 1s: Listen to your seniors, and enjoy this year as much as you can. It was the best year of my life here.

Sec 2s: Streaming's freaky yes I know, but don't fret because even if all turns out bad, it's a blessing in disguise. Trust your intuition, be it woman's or girl's; it'll turn out fine.

Sec 3s: This year has been one hell of a ride hasn't it? Totally different from sec 1 and 2. I'm not going to tell you not to worry because man, I WORRIED. Work hard (to get promoted) and try to find ways to relax a little along the way because 2010 will be worse.

I know cca hasn't been all that glitters and gold but the time will come, when all be like the glorious days of the past.

Gawd, I sound like we're leaving for the afterlife. We're leaving pretty soon though...not to the afterlife, but somewhere new for us, unexplored and foreign. Hopefully, we'll live to tell the tale to you guys.

Haha, okay. I want to say that, I'm posting here because EVANGELINE POUSSON IS BORED.
Because our dearest Ex Vice-Chair is bored, I shall be here to entertain her for less than a minute.

HAHA, anyways, really thank all of you for working on our farewell party. The invites look great btw. Yep. So, I'm really looking forward to it. Don't put extra pressure on yourselves yeah? I'm sure that all the seniors would agree that the CCA times that we shared is of a greater importance, and is the almost perfect gift that any junior could bless us with.

To the new Board members, keep trusting in yourselves even though many times you may not see eye to eye. Arguements and stuff like that will be inevitable, especially cause we're all in ELDDS and we tend to be more opened and expressive about our views. But please be tactful in everything that you say to your fellow comm members, as well as the CCA itself.

The Ex-Board members and myself have absolute faith in all of you, that you all will be able to run the CCA with much patience and responsibility, and bring the CCA to greater heights.

To all other ELDDS members, I'm looking forward to seeing your Gold/Gold with Honours for the next SYF. Sorry for the times we scolded all of you. But we did it because we wanted to demonstrate the meaning of tough love.

I sincerely hope that all of you will display tough love for each other, and truly live up to the name of a St. Margaret's ELDDS- DRAMA CLUB member!

hello pplz. prolly no one's gonna read this since everyone's mugging their brains out, but i've been studying for the last 13 hours so i'm just gonna ramble on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on........

things i'm sad about at the moment:

1) there was no naruto yesterday. no bleach either. and i had been looking forward to reading it the moment it came out all week long. so i'm depressed. yeah. really sad ;_;
2) SS and chem exam in....however many days till tuesday.....seriously, why on the same day?! why?!?!
3) there are 5 months till O levels. more specifically, 25 weeks. more specifically, 176 days. more specifically, 4225 hours. more specifically, 253539 minutes. more specifically, 15212396 seconds. by the time i finish posting this it'll be /less/ than that. well damn.

things i'm happy about at the moment:

i shall write a poem.

cuz i'm bored since i already finished studying for the day (something that i know SOMEONE out there isn't--and hasn't been--doing).

so, does anyone else find the news thing in the morning exceedingly annoying? here i (and most of my classmates) am, trying to finish some homework last minute and that asinine nine-three-eight-live radio station starts /blasting/ about god knows what. it's not as if anyone is awake enough /that/ early in the morning to be able to listen to whatever they're blabbing on and on about. if they played the BBC i'd be happy, maybe because the BBC employs broadcasters who have nice, /clear/, articulated voices ¬_¬.

plus, the songs. they play the same songs over and over, then suddenly switch, how are we supposed to know which song means get out the class? (not to mention those songs are terribly irritating. they're more likely to put me off of environmentalism than encourage me to take part. i can't be bothered to stand for a cause that whines and whines like that.)

okay, anyway, going on to something less about me complaining.... since the exams are drawing near (LIKE...THREE DAYS), i thought i'd post something motivational. unless you're like annabella and your brain is floating somewhere outside of your head (and to whom this section of my post is dedicated, since she hasn't even started studying yet, my god), you should get the message pretty well. it's from The Little Prince, Chapter 5.

I pointed out to the little prince that baobabs were not little bushes, but, on the contrary, trees as big as castles; and that even if he took a whole herd of elephants away with him, the herd would not eat up one single baobab.

The idea of the herd of elephants made the little prince laugh.

"Before they grow so big, the baobabs start out by being little."

Indeed, as I learned, there were on the planet where the little prince lived--as on all planets--good plants and bad plants. My friends, like myself, have been skirting this danger for a long time, without ever knowing it; and so it is for them that I have worked so hard over this drawing. The lesson which I pass on by this means is worth all the trouble it has cost me.

EWWWW, as much as I love Deathnote and all, I am STRONGLY against the idea of putting apples on the board. I love apples too by the way.

Therefore, in conclusion, NO: we will not allow EVEE to put apples up on the board. We could make the "L" in Eldds really big and in "Deathnote" form but I'm stopping there. Any violent objections?

when we work together, the odds may be too strong to be overcome by sheer ~~number~~ effort...

...but if we support each other...

ok el people. the syf is THREE DAYS AWAY.

BRACE YOURSELVES.

AH HAHAHAHAHAHAAHA

anyway. I dunno if you feel nervous, but you shouldn't (although a little stress never did hurt anybody...) because this is OUR CHANCE! OUR CHANCE TO SHINE!

(yes I drank 2 cups of coffee before writing this)

HOWEVER,

I want you all to know that we can get a GOOD PRIZE. Because we're like the best cca that exists. We've worked really hard for this. SO HARD, WE WORKED SO HARD AND HAD SO MUCH FUN!

but really, thank you all so so much for being the cute/funny/wonderful/supportive/talented/crazy Juniors^-^ ELDDS would be crap without you.

now, have you seen the INCREDIBLY HANDSOME guy? yes (DONT rebut me, because he's not gay and he's very cute><'' yes evangeline, I am referring to YOU)

No. I am not drunk or high on anything. That's Jang Keun Suk, who is like a super super talented Korean actor. No seriouly, his acting will make you CRY.

And if he can do it, we can do it too! We can make the audience laugh/cry/scream(in a good way) too right? (okok fine fine i was just lookig for an excuse to post his gorgeous mug on this blog)

but honestly, before the syf, here are some things to do:

1. Take care of your health. Drink lots of water, but not too much otherwise you'll get haemolysis and then snuff it and we'll all be too sad without you.

2. Rest well. That means sleep by the way, not watching shows or whatever.

3. Smile and laugh, because depressed people can't act properly. Only I can, because I'm supposed to be psycho (although sometimes I get the feeling as if I'm not acting, @_@)

4. Your SKIN. Like my dearest Jang Ken Suk, who is a cosmeics model (NO, EVIE, HE ISN'T GAY),you have to take proper care of your skin. Pamper it,don't torment it like I do, because otherwise you may go bankrupt on all the foundation etc.

Yep. That's about it. Sorry if m post is random and @#$%^Y&U*, but you know, i's a Friday and I just survived a week on 25 hours of sleep. So sleep well okay? See how cute he is? Must look as peaceful as him!!

its about a week to SYF! (:
actually i dont really know if its something to rejoice about,
'cause i would really miss all the times preparing it ):
ahh crap. sheesh.

Indeed, all good things must come to an end, including SYF.
gosh this is making the post sound so EMOOOO.
but really, i've treasured every moment i had with all you people :D
im really proud of all of you for working this hard, and walking thus far,
'cause i think we've already put in our very best in this competition.

No matter what comes out of the competition,
dont despair if it does not turn out the way we want it to be,
'cause its a LEARNING EXPERIENCE.
and we all had FUN, DIDNT WE?! :D
yes, so dont be sad that its ending (and would end), but rejoice over the fact that it has happened in our lives.

1) Notice board decorations tomorrow (Wednesday, 11 March 2009) at 2.30 pm.
If you want to contribute to the decorating, please meet tomorrow outside the bookshop (where the noticeboard is) or at the canteen. Hope to see you there:DD

Hey EL, annabella here...

Just wanted to give you guys some words of encouragement and to confirm the timings and date for the practices and rehearsals:)

You guys have been the BEST today, really:D You all have been very bonded and cooperative (albeit NOISY) towards us (namely, samantha and rie) and if i could, you all would get one GIANT malted milk cookied coutesy of meXD

Keep it up guys! Preparations for EL night have been smooth so far although there are various no-showers:/ But do not let that stop you or put your group down; you guys have been coming to practices regularly and have put in a lot of effort:D I'm proud of you all:P

Geez, I sound like some mother henXD But I really do mean every word:)

Now, let's get down to business...

EL NIGHT PRACTICE SCHEDULES

16 October 2008, Thursday (tomorrow), 2.30-5.30 @ the SPACE
17 October 2008, Friday, 2.30-5.30 @ the PAS

and for the whole of next week (20 October - 24 October) will be from 2.30pm - 5.30pm at the PAS until further notice.

as for Saturday, the day of the performance, the timings as of when you guys need to come back will be confirmed but it's most probably from morning.

Tickets will be at S$2 (no other currency acceptedXD) and can be purchased from the committee members and samantha and those who can sell:) Please do show your support and sell the tickets to your clan and all!:DD

Few other things to note:

Make-up will not be provided and it is advised (from Ms Noraini) that we ALL, including the "guys" put on a little lipstick and blisher so that our faces are more prominent.
Technical runs will be held on Friday this week so please have your :

Due to the presence of a trainer, Mr Desmond Koh, who will be training us for the upcoming ELDDS Night. Work hard ok, this will be our 1st big project of the year as a CCA:D Hope you guys had fun during CCA sessions and everything. Feedback is welcome:)

Hey guys!!

News update:

The Farewell has been pushed back to the 21st again! because miss noraini already book the learning lab for us on that date.

So here's the plan: CCA will be pushed forwards so it'll start at 2.30pm since there'll be a trainer and as Mrs Boey mentioned, we didn't pay him to party with us. CCA will end at 4.30 and from then till 5.30, it'll be the time of the farewell:D

And the committe thanks everybody who has offered to contribute the food and cutlery and everything:DD
