Consent forms

Remember to bring your consent forms for SYF this Thurs (4/12/08).

Hey guys, just a couple of announcements here:D

The afternoon show is 3pm and it ends at around 4pm:)

Please bring $12 for the ELDDS shirt by Friday coz we need to pay (DUH):D

Dinner will be provided on Saturday, the day of the performance but you guys will have to settle lunch yourselves:/

Please be in the PAS by 10 on saturday and for all sec 1s and 2s, please be in the PAS by 9 tomorrow (Thursday)

Justina (18 October 2008): Hey Justina, is it alright if you reschedule your practice just for this week? Beacause you're the main character of your play and it'll be quite difficult for your group if you were uhh...missing:( Thank you for your understanding:D Sorry, by the way, what practice is it? Is it the other performance you were talking about the other day?:) and if you really cannot reschedule, what time do you have to leave?

Radha (18 October 2008): Aiyoh, what happened? Your back alright? Ok..hmm, but I guess this can't be helped:( what time do you have to leave?

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Hey EL, annabella here...

Just wanted to give you guys some words of encouragement and to confirm the timings and date for the practices and rehearsals:)

You guys have been the BEST today, really:D You all have been very bonded and cooperative (albeit NOISY) towards us (namely, samantha and rie) and if i could, you all would get one GIANT malted milk cookied coutesy of meXD

Keep it up guys! Preparations for EL night have been smooth so far although there are various no-showers:/ But do not let that stop you or put your group down; you guys have been coming to practices regularly and have put in a lot of effort:D I'm proud of you all:P

Geez, I sound like some mother henXD But I really do mean every word:)

Now, let's get down to business...

EL NIGHT PRACTICE SCHEDULES

16 October 2008, Thursday (tomorrow), 2.30-5.30 @ the SPACE
17 October 2008, Friday, 2.30-5.30 @ the PAS

and for the whole of next week (20 October - 24 October) will be from 2.30pm - 5.30pm at the PAS until further notice.

as for Saturday, the day of the performance, the timings as of when you guys need to come back will be confirmed but it's most probably from morning.

Tickets will be at S$2 (no other currency acceptedXD) and can be purchased from the committee members and samantha and those who can sell:) Please do show your support and sell the tickets to your clan and all!:DD

Few other things to note:

1. Make-up will not be provided and it is advised (from Ms Noraini) that we ALL, including the "guys" put on a little lipstick and blisher so that our faces are more prominent.
2. Technical runs will be held on Friday this week so please have your :

• Sound effects
• Technical Script
• Backdrops
• Position of props from the top view

ready as the prefects will be helping us:D BIG THANK YOU!:D

3. The ELDDS shirt, hopefully, will be done before EL night so we seek your full cooperation
in the collection of the money for the shirt.

4. Some people still have not paid the S$3 for the funds and farewell party:( Please pay by the
end of the week.

It's Sunday night and it really, is very late to send your proposals now.

nobody to proof-read and edit your props and all:P

Just to let you know, this Thursday (11/9/08) there WILL be ELDDS. Make sure your proposal for everything is ready, etc etc. After this week, CCA will be suspended.

FAREWELL PARTY

I thought that it wasn't bad. not bad at all for a first-time event:D Hope you guys liked it though, the food, the presents (the seniors), the food...

THE FAREWELL PARTY

Just tellin' all you freaks that the Farewell is super-duper confirmed to be on the 21st of August from 5 pm to 6 pm in the Learning Lab. Don't forget to bring the fooood, freakos. Orikeeljoo.

The Farewell has been pushed back to 5 p.m on the 21st of August:(

Due to the presence of a trainer, Mr Desmond Koh, who will be training us for the upcoming ELDDS Night. Work hard ok, this will be our 1st big project of the year as a CCA:D Hope you guys had fun during CCA sessions and everything. Feedback is welcome:)

See you soon and I will be trying to update as regularly as possible.

Just so you guys know, the email address has a DOT between "smss" and "eldds". Stupid font, can't see the dot. Anyways, Evangeline, Rie and Holly, please update and use this interface regularly as well alright? It's for you guys too:D

News update:

The Farewell has been pushed back to the 21st again! because miss noraini already book the learning lab for us on that date.

So here's the plan: CCA will be pushed forwards so it'll start at 2.30pm since there'll be a trainer and as Mrs Boey mentioned, we didn't pay him to party with us. CCA will end at 4.30 and from then till 5.30, it'll be the time of the farewell:D

And the committe thanks everybody who has offered to contribute the food and cutlery and everything:DD

Hey guys, the first official blog for our eldds has been created at 9.37pm, 31/7/08!
I'l always remember this day to commemorate the birth of our baby...

yeayea, whatever.
cut the nonsense and let's have a simple introduction.

I think you guys (Evangeline, Rie and Holly) all know me (DUH)
Anna here and I got so fed-up at creating the google account that I wanted to DIE.
but I didn't:)

anyways, let's get down to business.

this blog is for everybodaye, including the student population and the public...
if we do get that well known:/
and when the notice board is not in use, this blog will be.

we will be using this as a portal to communicate and bond better with the cca
and to update anybody on the recent happenings:)
